Alright, so the site's whole layout is blue right now. That's plain to see. Almost entirely monochromatic; the only things that aren't some shade of blue are the buttons and planets, really.
I propose that there be different colour schemes to choose from on the site. One for each planet, perhaps. The only things that would really change would be the overall colour of the site and the planet being shown the closest in the background of the site. For example, a green layout would have all monochromatic green, and Relcore would be the closest planet in the background of the site. Or a burnt orange/red layout would have Reiflem up front.
I know this change isn't exactly necessary to the site, but I think it'd be nice to be able to choose our preferred colour scheme for the site. Just adds some variety! And, of course, we'd be able to change it anytime in Preferences.
I just remember when, years ago when the Myotis was released, there was a brief Halloween layout. I distinctly remember how cool it was to get a change in the layout, however brief. I'd like this opportunity again, just to be able to add some variety to the users' Res experiences. c:
Thought it may be more work, perhaps seasonal layouts could also be added? A Christmas theme for when the Uilus are available, etc.
