I'm sure stuff like this has been posted before, but there was nothing on the first page so :p I think that there should be a violet dye kit, and a citrus dye kit. The citrus would be orange. Saying orange would be too normal though, just like saying yellow for the lemon. ^_^ Anyone else have thoughts?

I agree. Although I suppose azure would be considered light blue? I dunno. 0_o There should definitely be a white dye though, and turquoise would be cute. ^_^

There is already Azure and Indigo for the dye kits so another blue would be a little much I think. As for the white, Creatu can already be hatched in albino. Purple, however, sounds nice.

Good point Zebez. I somehow managed to forget the existance of albino.o-o I suppose another blue would sort of be a bit much, possibly. Although a blue green color would still be cute. *nodnod*

There should be a rainbow dye kit for rainbow lovers! (me) And maybe dye kits can be patterns too instead of just colors! ^^

I'm pretty sure the artists plan on putting red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet as creatu colors. maybe even a few more. Rainbow creatu FTW.

I agree with some of these ideas, with the rainbow dye and also the purple. But don't you think that making you Creatu look like something, like chocolate, mist, or similar, would seem a little too familiar to Neopets? It's a good idea, but in my opinion, it would make Res' dye kit idea too much like Neo's. |

We actually mentioned having a "Gem" dye kit. Like, the creatu would be crystaline, but they would have different colors. Like the ruby or sapphire. lol.

those colors sound nice on the pets as long as none of them are too close to original colors because that ruins the point of hatching, one reason i dislike the lemon dye kit

I agree with Wolfeira. Patterns would make it too much like neo. I left that site for a reason...and that was one of them. When people start getting competative over patterns and stuff like that, it kind of makes it less fun. I have to admit, though, gem does sound cool. It's just too bad I'd never have the tu to afford any of it. I'm horrible at saving. XD

There's kinda a fine line between having some 'fun' colours and turning Rescreatu into another one of those sites where you just 'paint' your pets, yeah. I think having dye kits has brought a bit of life into our colour system, but for the most part, I think we'll be steering away from patterns. We might have a few options that are more like themes in the future, though, and personally, I'm fond of the idea of making natural patterns (like merle and skewbald) hatchable someday. xD; But that's more of a personal fantasy than anything else.

I agree completely, Tamia. And that'd be really cool (second part, 'bout hatching patterns). Kinda unlikely, I agree....but still an awesome idea. ^_^ I'm still in shock that anyone actually posted on this. People are talking to me! *feels special* XD
