Suppose that in the Food Pen, there could be somewhere on the page that would let you know approximately how many more days the food in the pen will last with your current number of profile pets?
Edit: as well as possibly an alert to go along with the food pen emptying or hitting the last 3 days or so.
I don't think the first idea is really worth the effort (profile pets fluctuate a lot for a lot of people) but the last idea sounds like a REALLY good one. I don't use food pens because I don't keep profile pets, but I can definitely appreciate how useful that would be for everyone else.
