What I would like to see in the forum is a 'Who is viewing this page' module. I've seen it around on other forums and it's really nice to know how much attention your thread is getting, if anyone is seeing it etc. Also just to stalk people because that's fun.
I wouldn't mind an invisibility option added either, even though personally I wouldn't have any use for it.

It's just for fun, mostly, and a way to see what's a popular topic? I know that the forum I'm basing it off of also says on the Online area what particular topic a user might be peeking at, and that might be fun too. And with the invisibility option it wouldn't say what you were looking at? :o
