I believe the color hatch chances for CS are the same as color hatch chances for all eggs. o.O

But you can't hatch sepia cream, etc or fail on cs pets so do you add those percentages up or....?

I'm pretty sure black, achro, and albino stay the same and anything else goes into natural.
