Things aren't always being uploaded correctly when they're first added. I think a guide that CMs can reference when adding things and then a quick double-check after they're added need to be mandatory. The Diabetes Pride Flag isn't limited in amount while others are (I think another one wasn't too, Disability Pride Flag? Not sure). Also, 2 days ago I got asked for a Berfus by the squishy quest when it's clearly still limited and not time for it to start showing up there yet, since I remember reading that as long as they're limited like that they won't show up in the daily quests either. I know it's a lot of things to remember, but that's exactly why, especially now when this is all that's happening and it's much more noticeable, it's important that it's done correctly and a guide for CMs would be useful.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts! It's always good to reassess our processes. We do have guides and checklists in place for our CMs, but that doesn't mean mistakes won't happen from time to time.
