It's a mistake in the first place, Ping. You can't not have a signature; you at least have to insert a space or else the page will just refresh.

Somehow can't imagine what could be so hard with just leaving a siggi blank.
When you never set one it's blank too without probs (and without grey line XD).
But then again, i don't know how the coding of this board works, or even if it's customable like that. X3 

I imagine the blank bit and the line is coded into the forum, not the siggy. So you'll have to code something that will remove the line and junk when you leave te siggy thing blank. I don't know much coding, but I bet this is how it works. It'd be kinda confusing how to remove it for me. but I bet Patty would know how to anyways. But it's just a line, what's the big deal?

Nope, it's the signature. You used to be able to backspace over everything and the line would disappear.

Anyway, it's not a big deal, which is the point. Clearly, a lot of people would rather do without it, and removing it would be a very simple task.
