I suggest that Patrick hire a human resources company to investigate rescreatu staff behavior, organization, standards and consistency.

It's clearly evident that not all moderators and staff are on the same page when it comes to the rules that they are enforcing. Many rules are vague and subjective and the lack of clear, standard procedures has resulted in many inconsistent rulings and behaviors.

I have also heard several users express fear that they are being targeted or treated unfairly compared to other users by staff, and have seen evidence of this myself.

I make this suggestion with the intent of making staff's job easier, with the goal of providing them with standardization, and improving relations with the general Rescreatu public/community. It would make it easier for new hires to understand the workflow and moderation process and it would put the minds and hearts of regular users at ease.

Companies like the Better Business Bureau provide this service I believe. If anyone knows of a specific company that can be contacted to conduct something like this, please post it here.

I spoke with Kraine on the shoutbox and she said that she agrees that staff need more organized rules, but disagreed that an outside company should be involved.

This needed to be done for a LONG time now. As what Riyo said, not ever staff is on the same page and sadly as much as I like 'most' of the current Rescreatu Staffs then some of Rescreatu pass staffs between 2006-2008 era I always thought something like this should had been done. Especially what pass staffs had done and who know what might feature staffs might do. To me this will prove staff and the community to have a better trust in each other.

Support. I've seen the complaints but never experienced any staff issues.

Maybe a special mod group that targets staff specifically, like monitoring them somehow. But you would need some special unbiased people for this and that's sort of hard to come by.
