Try removing all your HA clothing and base stuff (body, ears, hair, etc.). Do this about three times and each time try to remove the Easero wings individually (Meaning you go to the tab that the Wings are on and press the red X button there). Then leave it for a day. Come back and try it again. It may or may not work. Even try putting on different wing items if you have any. I had the same prob lem with my black cloak and I managed to fix it by myself.
