um i have idea and drew three head meiko creatu. and it can be different colors. i found out that i have 3 spoiled meiko eggs. i thought it can be chance to be mutant meiko. and i looked up for Meiko and it dont have mutant. i asked some pplz about it. i have drawing of mutant three head meiko creatu.

The Ardur already has three heads though. xD I mean yah three heads is cool but both of my favorite Creatu having the exact same mutation? Man.

I guess I had a drawing from a while back of how I envisioned it.. but I don't want to go hijacking your thread by posting images.

I'll just say for the sake of discussion that basically I like the idea of the little wiggly things next to their ears being spread all over the place, mostly on the head and shoulders and the tip of the tail. Also faulty wings. I donno why but if they had faulty wings, kind of more vestigial-looking or gnarled or both, that'd just be really coolllll.

Maybe something involving their bodies being slightly longer than usual too? aaaaI dunno. Maybe that's just my brain being stuck on how I tend to draw Meiko anyway.

ah! hmm sorry i was excited to draw mutant meiko >w< but in my drawing, i added horns and made their face bolder. i added armor on it chest with gem on it. o.o ^^;;

Saying no support just because the Ardur has three heads in their mutant form is kind a week argument.

After all, we already had a rabbit creatu but we still got the Kurrabi.
And how many cat, fox, and bird creatu do we have? It doesn't stop us from getting more.

Anyways, I don't support simply on personal preference. I really want to see at least one Creatu look legitimately feral as a Mutant, and out of the remaining creatu, I feel like Meiko would make the best candidates for that concept.

When I say feral, I mean a wild look to them. Claws, fangs, possibly torn-ish wings, a hunter's stance, wild looking eyes, possibly a longer tail, stuff like that.

*shrugs* I doubt I'll get my wish though.

I think it's pretty fair to say that at this point, designs for the mutants have probably been decided on, but that's just my guess.

Ah, I dunno about that last part. After all, the Mirabilis turned out looking like a prehistoric bird because of a suggestion. I'm sure we can at least hope to have some influence with our ideas. P:

And I really don't see species and mutations being all that similar. With species there are a lot of ways to make a creature unique - the Leverene and the Kurrabi certainly don't look the same, do they? One's a rabbit, the other's more of a kangaroo with rabbit influences. Even the Zenirix and the Shaefu look vastly different despite both being dogs.

But then you take a concept like three-headedness and put it on two different creatures and they're gonna look the same. It's a much narrower thing than having two different pets draw inspiration from the same animal. o:

alright, i get another idea. i drawn future mutant meiko with armor that have symbol of dragon. idk if this site can draw armor on dragons or other creatu, just opinion. here it is: tle="" target="">ja

I think the idea of having armour defies the point of it being a mutant. Like, mutants have a physical, genetic change. Here, they're wearing something. That's a pretty weird genetic change. I mean, it's like they grew some clothes or something xD

Also, just so you know. Your skills in drawing have nothing to do with anything. Better drawing does not mean better design ;D

now i told that war is not in RES but just war we have in real life. that why i added it but now i drawn another one with long body like a dragon in anime movie, Spirited Away. i dont care about judge. just say not that one or another one. i will keep draw more of future mutant meiko -winks winks- ^^

Good on you Firehorse ;D

Actually the dragon (HAKU) from Spirited Away (good film, everyone should watch it) is based on traditional Chinese and Japanese dragons. I just wanted to point that out because I was very surprised to find out that this isn't common knowledge (I draw them all the time and then people are all like 'it looks like Haku!' or 'I saw that one on Dragcave, do you play Dragcave?'// NO I'M CHINESE)

Anyways, it would be helpful to look at Chinese/Japanese/Korean/Vietnamese/Indonesian dragons and get some ideas for deign.

(it's funny because I always thought meiko looked more like dogs rather than dragons xD)

Yes wingless Meiko alejfljasf I don't know why I love that idea so much but I do.

Actually that could be pretty cool. Use some more Eastern influence for the mutant Meiko. Maybe not make it strictly an Eastern dragon, considering they're not even just dragons in the first place (you're actually not far off at all there, Ping. xD Apparently they used to be based on wolves before their revamp but you could never tell because the official image showed no fur except for the mane and tail?), but some elements and subtle details from Eastern dragons could be pretty cool.

... Now I want to draw ideas of this aaaa. Would. Would you be all right with that Firehorse? If I drew up some sketches as well and posted 'em on here?
