Link to CP Transfer from the actual CP page

I didn't even know CP Transfer was a thing until a mod told me that it was in the square in Reiflem.
I think it'd make more sense slapping in a link to the CP Transfer on the CP page somewhere.

It'd be easier to get to because all you'd have to click is one link (Cash Points or Credits) before clicking to the CP Transfer.
Opposed to going to Explore, Reiflem, that square area, then CP Transfer.

edit: also a link from the Bank as well or have it underneath Tu Transfer in the Bank

I support this! Though personally I'm more in favour of having the link near the bank as that's where I go to make transactions xD

But I do agree that it'll be better located somewhere other than Reiflem Square where more people will notice it.

 I agree with this. Having to go to Reiflempor Square is a little obscure; it'd be better to have a link somewhere directly relevant to CP. c:
