It's likely that this has been suggested before or that it is already in the works, so forgive me if this is redundant, but I just want to throw this out there because it could potentially be a very profitable feature for Rescreatu.
On the thread that discusses the topics not open for debate, it says that "Credits are being phased out, and will eventually be gone for good. The site depends on the sale of CS items." This makes sense. The credits should really be done away with as soon as possible if they are going to be phased out, since allowing the sale of them just puts more tokens out there that will have to be dealt with when the change does happen.
My suggestion is that cash points be made available in token form, or some kind of redeemable item form, and sold alongside other cash shop items, priced in cash points. The credit tokens are a good idea, but selling them for tu does not do anything to help Rescreatu financially. Selling cash point tokens for real money, however, could be a boon for a number of reasons.
There will be a demand for the tokens because they will allow users who only buy from the cash shop to make a profit to do so quickly and efficiently. This will also encourage more frequent purchases from the cash shop if users know that they will be able to sell the cash points instantly for a more or less predictable price. If users are able to buy cash points with tu, inevitably some users will save the points instead of spending them immediately; this means that there will be a discrepancy between how many cash points have been sold and how many have been cashed in for items, which is a feature that the current setup does not allow for. Rescreatu will be profiting from the mere existence of the tokens, without all of them having necessarily been traded in for items.
This setup will also be beneficial to users who cannot purchase cash points with real money because they will be able to spend cash points at their own discretion, instead of having to seek out someone as an intermediary if they wish to buy a cash shop item. They will be able to buy cash points from other users and then save them, if they wish, for the next rotation of the egg that they want, or what have you. It will also help to establish a set tu price for cash points, allowing for fairer prices and a more stable and accessible cash shop item market.
I'm sure I haven't examined this suggestion from every angle, but it works well in my head.
