More gender options when signing up. It's sometimes difficult for those that don't fall neatly into a certain domain and have a hard time. It shouldn't be an issue to have an extra option, especially not on a pet site. Not necessarily with an extra avatar, but just without having to fill in the typical two choices on the beginning. I feel this would help LGBT members.
