No support, sadly.

Many people are already very frustrated with kir, even now many people give up. My kir partner and I have like 14-15 points, kir has only asked for three natties, and one was a double seasonal. The majority of them have been albinos and colored seasonals, black and up. If kir started asking for mutants, many people would give up and never come back to the quest, the only things most of the communtity are interested really are the RSTU frames and ivik eggs, which are already hard enough to get. In the past year, double seasonals were released, adding to the pets kir asks for.

Over time, the worth of albinos has decreased. It used to be around 20mil, now it's down to 10mil. The same will, and is happing for mutants. With the three egg stages, you do have a pretty good chance of hatching a mutant though, and I do believe they are a little easier to hatch than albinos. :)

I do agree though, that uldalvi could do with some expanding, I think I read somewhere that kir will eventually ask for mutants, but personally, I don't think that's necissary, uldalvi is home to aliens aren't they kind of like mutants already? A new uldalvi quest would be interesting though, but I think it should be a nattie and mutant quest, because nattie prices could do with some raising as well.
