Your argument is still invalid - rancher shops are intended for selling, and this is a feature that would help the economy that actually uses it for its intent.
Using an argument that a helpful feature shouldn't be added because someone is using that feature in a way that isn't intended in gameplay isn't a valid argument against that feature.
If you don't want to use the feature as intended, you have to deal with the side effects of doing so. Otherwise, use the Showroom which was provided for storage.
