So what I'm thinking is a contest like the Publish a Book thing, but instead of a book, you're drawing and coloring a new creatu. Winner gets some sort of prize and their creatu added to the game. I don't know how it would work with the Staff Artists and all the different colors plus adding the creature to the game, but just throwing the idea out there.
I think if this were to run with any regularity like the PAB, we'd have way too many creatu. It seems like a good idea for a one time thing, the artists have a specific style for pets and the likelyhood of someone doing one that would match the style is very slim.So no support :/
Definitely a rare contest. If the staff chose the pet, I *censored*ume they would choose one that matched the traditional style. Of course, that could be a lot to pick through.
In my opinion, I think if we had a creatu making contest in which designs are submitted; I doubt there will be any satisfactory designs, creatu do have an extremely high standard and I doubt that anyone capable of somehting like that will enter. Sorry.
