I'd say Goiba colors are on their way, and the Murren will probably be revamped altogether since it has smooth shading, rather than cell shading.
I'm not sure I like that idea, but.. With what was being said a couple months ago about clothes finally getting an actual use, and maybe not necessarily being for pets like everyone jumped to think, something like that may just be in the works.
Depends on what degree of animation you mean, I guess.. Even a short loop for each pet could be a bit much for our artists. Even just five seconds of animation for thirty-eight pets, each of whom has its three stages, would still be a lot of animation. Each frame would have to be a completely new drawing of the pet, to get it in a new position. Not to mention that all of it would have to be applied to at least eight colors for most of the pets.
And I kinda like the Valabex's colors.. The black looks a little funny, but they all give it a nice pastel sort of feel.
