The page could be more organized. Not asking much but maybe you should put in Alphabetic order? You can keep how the Staff on top looks like now but just organize the normal users and there user name in a more organize way. To make it easier for other user to look and see if there friends or someone they are looking for better and faster.
Yah. It's supposed to be in order of join date, but there have always been these random little exceptions. o3o Like how one day a friend of mine jumped from the third page to like, two spaces from the top.
I personally like the join date thing, but I s'pose an easier type of organisation could be nice.. Maybe it could give choices? ;o

xD Yah, everyone has an ID. It's most easily seen from a gallery or shop opened by the user - it'll be at the end of the url.
Or you could ask Suga how to see it.. and spend the next week going through her ridiculous process. Hurr.
That does bring up a good idea though. Sorting by ID (if the list doesn't already) would prob'ly be a lot less glitchy and full of exceptions, and it would still be sorting by join date.
If it does happen to sort by ID already, then.. well. Nevermind. o3o
