No support. Everyone would go buy the Painted CS Eggs for 20m each in shops and get cheap Kioka, Omni, Liyure and Aerix eggs, as well as other CS eggs.
As for whatever avatars are available from painted sets, people would be able to just spend some painting kits and then remover and voila: no real sacrifice made for the reward. The painted eggs would lose their value if you could do a switcheroo whenever.
no support; it sort of conflicts with the aging process because after the paint is removed, there's no way of/it would be difficult to tell whether it should be fresh, old, or spoiled. It could also act as a way for people to stop the aging process and preserve eggs
