You know painted eggs? Stuff like this

Like, you paint an egg, then when you hatch it, WA-LA. A painted Meiko/Tesuri/Liyure! Painted pets, their own unique color 8D Don't yell at me if this is a stupid idea. I just had to let it out after I saw Fun's hoard of painted eggs >_> 

Det, you know that ripping on other sites is actually against the rules, right? :/ I don't see anything wrong with Neopets except their de-vamp of their pets, but nothing can be done about it.

As for this idea, something somewhere said that once you paint an egg, you can't hatch it, so I doubt this would happed.

EDIT; I believe it was the egg painting event page that warned once you painted in egg you couldn't hatch it any more.

No support, we already have dyes for our pets, isn't that enough?

As for Ren- I see nothing wrong about Det's post, nothing about it ripping on neopets or anything like that. First amendment. Freedom of Speech, and to express one's opinion. O.o

... People keep saying free speech. And it keeps reminding me of when I was a kid, and everyone's defense all the time always was 'IT'S A FREE COUNTRY I CAN DO WHAT I WANT OMG 8('

Even if it wasn't really ripping (for once), it's just a little unnecessary to use another site as the identity of what we don't want to be. There are legitimate reasons you can use other than that it's like Neopets or Marapets or whatever other site.

Now. Onto my reason of not supporting. x3

Personally.. I like the simplicity we have. Yes, there are sites out there with a TON of colors on their pets, and it can get pretty cool. But I like having a system where there's plenty of ability to customise, yet you don't have to be here for a year to know a decent portion of the colors.

In our case, less is more.

Also, it's a little nitpicky, but it doesn't entirely make sense that painting the egg also happens to paint the Creatu inside. xD I'm sure if you took an egg from a chicken, painted it, and put it back again, the chick would still hatch just as it would have otherwise.

... Unless you used really toxic paint. Maybe that's why painted Creatu eggs don't hatch. P:

If you could paint pets, everyone who had a one-of-a-kind painted pet, would be trying to sell for max Tu.

I support some, if there was a cash limit on how much they would sell for, it'd be better.
