Hi! my name is snowchic. One night I saw some hidden avatars, and then BAM it hit me. What if we got to come up with our own hidden avatars for owr selfs. we would be the only ones who could use it. And or maybe we make a avatar and every body gets to use it. How cool would it be, you could se it all over rescratu and you get the credit.! thanks and please comment
You mean this to be an avatar designer contest of some sort? I support then.
If you mean we should be able to upload and use our own avatars I am against that, as on other petsites I find it kind of annoying that the forums are flooded with anime and movie characters not suiting the petsite at all.
It'd be fun, but not the choice of uploading our own avatars as Yaiz said. Someone could upload and use an inappopriate avatar, and not until someone sees it will they be reported. A designing an avatar contest would be epic though- it'd give a lot of those graphic makers a chance to make one to actually be put into Res. I support the contest, but I'd only support the one about uploading it yourself if they had to pas.s some filter that decided whether it'd be Res-appropriate or not. I'd be really irked if I saw someone going around with an avatar to another petsite.
Reeses: That seems to be a good argument against signatures as well, yet we're still allowed to have those.
I've always disagreed, though, with personal avatars on websites with hidden avatars just because it devalues the hidden avatars. You can easily save a hard-to-get avatar and upload as your personal avatar.
