I have an idea about making the pets auctions a little more user friendly.
#1. I think that there should be a link or something that would allow you to look up certain colors/species/etc types of pets(like a pet search, only for Auctions) i dont like going through hundreds(literally hundreds) of pages looking for an albino pet i want that i found on the Pet Search page. or at least have a link from the pet search page to the auctioned pet so you dont have to browse through, oh, 20 pages individually to find that pet.
#2. Another thing i thought would be a usefull factor is for Pet Auctions that have closed to be automatically deleted, because, lets face it, not everyone here cares enough about the site to go through and delete the pet auctions they have put up. When they dont delete pet auctions that they put up, then some other person has to go through, say, 40 pages to find the pet they want, and be disappointed that the auction closed last month!! Its not very fun, and it gets extremely irritating to go through 109 pages and find out that a pet auction is no longer open. OR at least have a link that lets you check a box whether you want to brows through closed auctions or currently running auctions. it could be a little box that you can check, and it could say something like,"Browse closed auctions only" and another saying,"Browse through running auctions only" and another saying,"Browse both closed and running auctions". the little link could look like a box that you would click on and a green check mark would appear, with the writing beside it. You know what I mean, right?
wouldn't that make everything much easier? If you decide you like one of the options i posted, please state which one you liked(just put either #1 or #2) and perhaps why you liked it, or maybe something else that would make it better and more user friendly. maybe you have an idea of your own that you would like to share that could help out the Pet Auctions. but please dont post your idea if its not about the Pet Auctions, because then people would just get confused about what they're reading about. tle="Wink" />
