Possible New Effect Idea?

So, there are a number of items in game that have a radiating glow coming off of the item that is the color of the item. I was thinking, why not add a glowing creatu effect, where the color of the pet pulses around it. I think it could be really sick, and we have a capable art team. I would love to see it, and hope it is taken into consideration.

There wouldn't be any coding at all, it'd be all art
The problem is an animated glow would be *really* ugly on transparent backgrounds ^^; We also have a ton of stuff on our plates as artists already re: effects.

I've asked about moving HA items before- this was a few years ago so I can't remember the response verbatim but I think it would overwork the server,
or something along them lines.
If that's still the case I guess pet graphics would be even more of a strain
