Y'know how people do this on the forums?

 

Poster: I really think this idea is good

Poster: Oh and I think they should do this

Poster: And maybe they should only let people who live on that planet do it.

 

Get's pretty annoying doesn't it? Maybe they should restrict people from posting on a thread when they have just posted. They could have a thing that goes "please edit your post" when you try and post again (they won't be able to post until someone replies). They should be allowed to post after an hour (for bumping).

i dont know if thats such a great idea because if we had to keep editing when its a different something to say it will just become this huge block of writing until we can post again.

People are relatively unaware that they can edit their posts. Though yes, I would love to see a cut down on multiple posts by users. It becomes... tedious to try and scroll down to find what the next person wants to say.

Somehow people just need to realize that they can edit.  On my long term pages, such as art contests, etc, I post as one of the rules that if they mess up and stretch the page or something that they should edit it to a better size.  This usually helps a little on limiting these posts, but some people do it regardless.

EDIT:  Oh, I just thought of a great name for it too.  We could call it a warza!

 

 

Only...well, the post would have more of a point, but you get the idea.
