I know that you can see when respals are online and offline. But I think it would be better to have an own place, maybe a box on the site where it always update (every 30sec/1min) Then you can see when that person is online immidetaly. 

It could be a box, where you can scroll down on all the respals. Maybe we even can use the icons there? Since I think they should be more used! (Human-avatar is most used).

There could also show if you have a new respal request. Maybe with a red writing colour.

If possible, you can IM your respals through that box or something. I'm not sure whats possible to do. :3

Atleast I would use respals all the time if that was possible ^-^
