It gets annoying when people post on forums with over-sized pictures in their siggy or in there post, and you can't read other posts because they get cut off by the over-sized image. So I think there should be a scroll thing(like on the right side of the screen over there) so you can scroll over to see the posts that were cut off.

Ex.) Today I went to the graphic commishies to order a banner and when I posted, my writing was cut off because someone put a REALLY big image on the board, It was the important part that was cut off, the part where I told them what text to put on the banner, and now they have no idea what text to put on there.

A rollover extension seems a little much to me, but I do agree. Stretched pages are even more annoying now than they were in v1, now that instead of actually stretching it just hides the rest of the page.

It would be nice if something was done to altogether prevent page stretching. Maybe like, too-big pictures could be automatically reduced to a link or shrunk to have widths of 430 pixels, a size at which they're as big as possible without stretching.
