I've had a few things on my mind recently, and I think it's time I suggest them instead of just wishing for Staff to magically read my mind and add these features. xD;
1) Adding Page Number/Navigation on the bottom of the Categories as well. It's at the top, but not the bottom. It can get rather tedious when you're looking for a particular topic to have to scroll all the way back up to the top to get to the next page. Maybe even a Go To Page X could be implemented, for those who know the topic they're looking for is way back.
2) Roleplay Off Topic Category and (Possibly) Roleplaying 1x1/Private Category. The Roleplay category has been REALLLY crowded for quite a while, and it really isn't optimal for Roleplayers as it is. Since the Roleplay category is ONLY for Roleplays, it can get a bit difficult at times. I still remember how leaving/hiatus threads were considered spam and the posters were told to put it in Off-Topic... only half the Roleplayers weren't likely to see it in Off Topic. A Roleplay Off Topic category could be really useful for such things. It could also be used as an OOC Area for certain Roleplays (off Res, a lot of people have both and Out of Character thread to hold profiles, discuss possible plot twists, or anything really, and an In Character thread where the actual Roleplaying went on) and even if people just want to get advice on a certain character, or even have a place to store their characters' profiles for quick reference. Just recently I was thinking of asking advice on what I can do to improve a Roleplay character of mine, but I had absolutely no clue where to put it. It just seems out of place to put it in a category that's considered strictly for Roleplaying, but it would be neglected in the Off Topic forum where Roleplayers don't always go. Writing and Art also struck my mind, but again they don't fit. Also, I don't think I have to tell any Roleplayer how the 1x1 Threads are really starting to... invade. I'm not criticizing those users who have a bunch of 1x1s/Private RPs, but it definitely gets in the way when over half of the Roleplays on the front page are Pre-Determined Private RPs. It'd be great if there was a category specifically for Private RPs that were already determined that they would be private, meaning a group of people decided to start a Roleplay only for themselves. Roleplays that were open, but simply filled up as people joined would still be considered regular Roleplays.
3) Credit Shop item to increase Inbox Space. I'm pretty sure we've all had an overflowing Inbox before. Whether you're saving a bunch of important messages, doing a lot of Roleplaying, or just plain being too lazy to empty it out, only 100 messages can add up fast. Perhaps there could be a CS item that could be used to increase your Inbox size. I was thinking a 50 credit "Inbox Token" could add 100 extra message spaces to your Inbox.

I get what you mean by having all of those 1x1's invading, even though I'm one of those 1x1-ers.
1) I think that this should be applied to anything that involves numbers at the top, but not at the bottom, like master lists. It's really annoying to have to scroll up, and it can be time consuming if your computer keeps freezing when you scroll like mine does.
2) I think that there should be more changes than just the ones you suggested. I would like to see a place that was meant specifiably for beginning a roleplay/finding people to rp with. This place could also be used to post your characters to be rated, or a plot where people could commit on so you can make it better or work out the kinks. It would also be nice to see a place where only 1x1, or private, rps could go, or maybe a specific place for literate/advanced roleplaying. I would also like to see a form that is stickied (or on the top of the page) that mentions things like what god-moding, Mary-sue, and powerplay are, as well as whats the difference between different literates are. This could help new rpers or people who are familiar with roleplaying, but are new to the site, so therefore don't know how we categorize things.
3) Maybe instead of 50 for 100 extra spaces, it could be 50 for 50 or 100 for 125 spaces. Anyway, I like the idea.
Overall, I support.

I'm going to be honest and say... why spend credits on your inbox? Tbh it should just be larger in general, or maybe that's just me being whiny, but I wouldn't want to spend 50 credits on my mail. >>
I'd rather the upgrades be in tu, if we have to upgrade.
ALSO I could be completely wrong but does the limit actually matter? I haven't used rmail in so long but what happens when you get more than 100 messages? I didn't think it stopped you from getting any.

I never clean out my inbox because it takes too long and I don't care enough. I can still send and receive messages, so instead of an item to increase space, what about an item to delete everything in your inbox? I would much prefer this because I'm lazy in this matter. (I mean I have 18 pages of rmail in my inbox. :/ )

Typo, Credits can be bought off other users, so essentially it's the same but it's a good way to help the site out as well for those who would be fine spending real money. That was my theory.
I actually didn't know it didn't stop your Rmails though. o.o I thought the user trying to send you an Rmail got an error.
User, that might work for you, but not for people like me who want to save messages but have the saved messages just keep building up. :P It'd be nice to be able to view more Rmails per page, though to make deleting and searching for saved Rmails easier.

See this is why I don't post on the suggestions forum - I forget everything useful about Res the moment I enter them. ff
But actually, that's a good idea to use credits then. I was thinking the CS was the only way to get them and 5 dollars (I think?) sounded extremely pricey for inbox space. xD
