every time someone spam's on the sb, they have a blue square that say's 'SPAM' on their profile. once they have 3, 5, or 10 (can't make up my mind) spam strike's on their profile, they get banned.

errr.. people already do get banned for spam after several warnings. o.o

so we leave it up to a computer to decide what is spam? it can't even decide what is curse words and what is not, so I disagree.

How exactly will this work? You seem to treat the computer to know exactly what spam is. Unfortunately, computers can't read. You're saying they won't get punished unless they get caught. But this won't work unless they get caught as well.
