So this is just a random suggestion ok but let me know what you think. Basically have you guys ever walked onto the sb and found a conversation kind of spoilerish. Wouldnt it be cool if we have the option to do something like white text that had to highlighted to be viewed or something similar so when people post things that could be spoiler ish. It is optional for it to be viewed. For example this is not a spoiler. I am just being sneaky.
Alternatively maybe if we had a code where we could type something like... "/spoiler random message put here" it would show up iin the sb as "spoiler" and you would have to click on the word to see the message posted afterwards. If you have any other ideas of how this could work or what you think do let me know :3

Well in all fairness the while /ragequit irritates the soup out of me but some people love to use it allthe time. The second idea of click to view message would probably be the least annoying xD
Having to highlight is a really stupid/difficult method. Every time someone posts, it removes the highlight. I do support a one-time click to reveal spoilers, as that seems the easiest with how the SB moves.
Instead of /spoiler it should be [spoiler= ] like the url code. That way we can write things outside the spoiler and hopefully people would put some mention outside the spoiler brackets of what the spoiler is, like going "SPN [spoiler=it's about supernatural things]". It doesn't do anyone any good if they can't determine if it's a spoiler they want to see.
Also /ragequit was the stupidest thing ever. It's an attention thing, not an ease thing. Either that or people don't know their hotkeys because hitting ctrl and then w is 7 keystrokes less.
I like this idea, but I'd have to say the spoiler tag seems easier than the highlight idea! Not only because of what Loki said, but also the fact that on fast days in the sb it's absolutely impossible to highlight anything, much less invisible text! xD
Is this already possible in the forums, though? Because if not it might also be nice to be able to spoiler things--such as large pieces of art, or large amounts of text that you don't want to clutter up your thread, etc. :o
I've seen the one-click reveal option on other sites. It does seem to be the most effective method. Usually this is a forum feature, but I can see it being used on both the forums and sb for us.
Grave's suggestion of using code similar to our other sb-code seems logical. [spoiler= ] is pretty easy to remember.
