No support. Eggs age and spoil now, and its nice to know how old they are in the hatchery. If they were stacked, you couldn't tell unless maybe you clicked through the entire stack and that would just be cumbersome.
Also, I'm pretty sure that would over-complicate the code when it comes to clicking "Hatch".

I think some people like to see all eggs their have so they could decide if they hatch the 1st Otachie egg or the 4th or the 2nd one from the right... And then they can wonder if it would have been a coloured if they had hatched the one next to it... Not that it makes any difference^^
