I would like to propose something, not for the citizens of Rescreatu, but for the hard working, under-appreciated (but much loved by me) staff members of Rescreatu.
This would work on a ballot system with each member of Rescreatu being able to submit one vote per month.
Everyone will submit their vote for Staff of the Month, and should have a box for a short, but brief, comment inside.
The winner of Staff of the Month award could get a trophy for their profile perhaps? One that stays put, along with a little number stating how many awards they've won maybe?
Perhaps a small bonus or something to go along with it? I know I like to reward hard work, but how do I reward a person who helps to keep my Rescreatu home free from trouble, well run, and filled with absolutely beautiful creatu? I don't know how.
So, this is my suggestion, Patrick. Your staff members not only keep me coming back with their friendliness and support, but allow me to let my children keep coming back, despite things such as we faced today in the Shoutbox. They are your team, and deserve praise. They're the concrete in which the friendships of this world you've helped to bring to life is founded upon.
Lets give them Recognition, and cheer them on! All of them... including, yourself, Patrick!
