Name: Tarqim (Tar-keem) Egg: Baby: Teen: Adult: Deion: Tarqim's are said to be lucky. The elusive egg is difficult to find among it's watery home, often strewn out amongst the underwater vegetation. It's blue and green patterning make them impossible to find for the unperceptive, but when it is found, it's well worth the effort. The little creature is playful and kind as a child, and remains so in some way through to adult hood, even if they start at four feet long and grow to a length of fifteen. There numbers are few, and as a result, they've developed patterns on their bodies to keep predators away. The eye spot on it's lower jaw allows the Tarqim to sleep in it's favorite position, upsidedown, thinking that the creature is actually awake. As they grow, Tarqim's gain a new pair of legs every so often, commonly owning six in their lifetime, and the front legs always being the ones they were born with. Having six legs allows the Tarqim land access and water manuverability, the back for power, the middle for steering, and the front for self defense if needed. These fruit-loving creatures love affection, and hugs. It's said that hugging a Tarqim's head with bring you luck, but pulling it's tail can cause the completely opposite affects. Found: Atquati (St.Patricks Day holiday creatu) Other information: The Tarqim's actual eye is that small slit in between what look like two irises. I do have colours in the works but I'm not going to get too ahead of myself. ^^ I based the design off of the mythical fire-proof six legged salamander. Feel free to ask any questions, it may remind me of something I could have missed. These were drawn by me, free hand.

I don't think there's need for another seasonal creatu around this time of year, especially not for St. Patrick's Day, which has the tendency to be very close to Easter (and the Easero). Last year Easter fell on March 23, less than a week after St. Patrick's Day; next year it'll fall on April 4, only a little over two weeks past St. Patrick's Day. There's such a thing as too much fun.

This might be good as a creatu, but probably not as a seasonal. :)

That looks like a nice creatu. I think I'd like to see it as a seasonal, perhaps for St. Patricks day? It reminds me of the loch ness monster, and definitely has the colors and what not. (:

Dragon likes it. And she thinks it would be great for St. Patricks Day.

I've been working on some coloured variations. Would anyone care to see them? I have Sepia, Cream, Blonde and Ginger done at the moment.

I like it! It's gorgeous!! I think St. Patty's day would be great for it. That holiday seems to get pushed in the back of everyone's minds sometimes.... But again, nice creatu!!
And here we witness the rarely seen Pippit in her natural habitat. Let's observe

Flammable I don't think there's need for another seasonal creatu around this time of year, especially not for St. Patrick's Day, which has the tendency to be very close to Easter (and the Easero). There's such a thing as too much fun. Do you think there is a problem with having TWO Halloween Creatu??? Jaaku, Ebilia. There is one week for Jaaku, and one week for Ebilia. So as far as St Patrick's Day being too close to Easter (1 or 2 weeks) I don't see a problem with it. It will be just like Halloween. Also, I think Since Patrick is the site owner (LOL) It would be cool to have a St. Patrick's Day Creatu! tle="Tongue out" />

Thanks for the input CC. Now, I found bad batteries, so was only able to take a picture of the Sepia and Blonde. I only took the adult stages too. Sepia: Reminds me of chocolate XD Blonde If these were in graphic artwork, they'd look so much better. I wish I had a regular compy again X/ Anyway, comment away.

=O Blonde has a bit much blue in it. Like, it's good, but blonde is like... As opposed to... Which I happen to know for a fact wasn't the original intention of the color, and was discouraged by staff members in the future. In other news, I love the design. =3 Maybe a little more playing with color would be cool. For example... Note the green.

It would be great for St. Patrick's day, but then again, Flammable also has a good point. The holidays are to close, as good as it might seem to implement them. Maybe have it just be a very rare creatu on Aquati, like the Veram on Reiflem or something of the sort? Either way, I love the design. ^_^ Oh, and I think the blonde looks fine to me. ^_^ Maybe the Sepia should have a tone of green or something, though?

Souly, I don't blame ya. Anyway, thanks for the colours comments guys. Maybe it could be a really rare Creatu, but more commonly found around St. Pat's day. Anyway, I've finished, to some degree, the 'hatch' colours, however, I may or may not do dye colours if this guy is accepted at a real Creatu or not. Anyway, more colours comming soon! Camera is being a jerk...again Xd
