I'm not sure if the topic has already been discussed, I'm fairly new here.
However, it would be nice to be able to edit the ti
tle of the threads we make after they're made. So if you make a spelling error or you have changed what is in the thread for example:

Original ti
tle

 40M art contest

*prize has been raised to 100M*

New ti
tle

 100M Art Contest

(Without saying what the original ti
tle was, I just used that as a label)

Oh and an Unsubscribe button to threads D;

support!

you can unsubscribe to threads,

If you a button on the actualy thread then no support, i think its fine how it is :p

incase you dont know, to unsubscribe to threads click Subcriptions (green button next to bookmarks, above right of the list of threads)

A list of the threads you subscribed to will appear, click the little cross next (to the check box) of the thread you want to unsubscribe to

Definitely support; I just made a topic like this on another site I use. xD Not being able to edit titles results in a lot of spam and confusing redirects.

On another note, being able to edit your thread ti
tle makes it confusing for users who have posted in your thread. They will be having a hard time looking for that thread they have posted on when the thread ti
tle has been edited.

On actual forums that has never been seen to be a problem, Frank. People don't change their forum names randomly to something completely unrelated, usually it's to do things like post in the ti
tle there's been an update to the rules, a change to the prizes, or list a roleplay or shop as open or closed.
Not to mention with the ability to subscribe, if a user is frequenting a thread, chances are they've subscribed to it so "looking" for the thread becomes a non-issue when it's right there in your alerts.

I support and agree with Grave for the same reasons. I'm on Aywas and Flight Rising, and in both of which you can change the ti
tle of your thread. Not only have I never seen this do ANYTHING bad, but it deletes stupid spelling mistakes, allows people to change titles (like 40mil to 100mil, or maybe "open" to "closed" in rps), and removes the need for users to delete old contests and selling thread. Users can change the ti
tle of their thread to "contest over" or "No longer selling", which allows them to keep a record of their interactions and lets them keep their post count up without making them lock or delete their thread. I honestly think that this is a solution to a huge amount of problems.
Also, only trolls would constantly be changing their thread titles to completely different things, which is spam, and can be against the rules. It may add something more to monitor, but in my opinion it's worth it.
