Ok

I think there should be like a notification on a user's profile saying if they're on or not...I know that theres a Users Online

but it only says that the user is online if they're clicking evry 15 minutes...so if that person is on and they left for a few minutes then the  Users Online isn't that relieable.

I'm not against this option....Only as long as we have the option to be "invisible" if we choose.  i don't always want everyone knowing i'm online, sometimes i like to just lurk and browse and play and not feel like i must respond right then if someone sees i am online and wants my attention or something.
