Using your mouse scroll wheel to middle-click works in most browsers, and you can buy hundreds of items in seconds. Having all those extra tabs open gives more chance of random events happening, too.

And if you don't have a middle scroll wheel, control-click (command-click for macs). Depending on your settings it will open a new tab or open a new tab and take you to it. If it takes you to it automatically, you can change your settings or shift-control-(or command)-click.
<.< ok, none of that stuff would work for my mouse and stuff, because my mouse is super weird, and when I hit the middle scroll wheel is separates the screen into four parts. >.< It's quite odd.
So, in other words, I fully support this idea. XD
