So, let's say a user named 'Somebody' was helping newbies out, giving people advice that need it, giving items away, and just generally being friendly. People started to notice how nice Somebody was being. Every time the updates were... Well... Updated, there would be a new user in the user spotlight. Basically if you win the user spotlight, you get a shoutout and possibly a small amount of tu or an item/egg of some sort. After Somebody was in the user spotlight, Somebody would have to wait a month or so to be in it again to let others have a chance, if he earns it, of course. Thoughts?
