I think makeup was already planned to be a wearable, it just hasn't been drawn yet.
We absolutely need more hand-helds in Fashion Galore. Maybe not just weapons, but also stuff like snowballs, purses, baskets, books, flowers (i'l love to be able to hold a rose), and maybe, like, a scroll or something.
Other than that, I could really see myself enjoying more hats and masks and the like.

Hand helds and more jewelry would be awesome.
also having a seasonal theme of just plain silly would be awesome. silly clothes. like novelty eyeglasses with mustaches and umbrella hats and so forth. laughs are always great.
Hairdye would be like a one-use item, right? Then if you dyed it another colour, let's say...lime then to get your previous dyed hair colour, let's say...orchid, you'd have to re-dye it?
I think hair-dye should be a CS item though, to be honest.
