Y'know how you get threads that are directed to a single person?

I think we should have something written in the rules concerning this. Y'know, like them threads that are titled 'For use by myself and {insert friend's username here} only'. It does count as a useless pointless thread and I think it should be listed as an example or something. They could always just discuss things via rmail anyways eh?

Hm, I'm neutral on this. I don't think they're hurting anyone by having a "private" forum, but some users might find it bothersome.

I'm against them 100%. It's basically people openly ignoring others if they are having a discussion. It would be like holding a sign while having a discussion with your friend that says. "Don't talk to me. My words are only for this person."

 

It's stupid.

 

I support Ping's idea.

I don't feel that this is important enough to moderate.
If the community frowns upon it there is nothing to stop you from posting in said 'exclusive' threads. There doesn't always need to be a rule to discourage certain behavior.
