Kilts!


Yes! Manly man skirts! Oh, glorious tartans! 

I've been off the site for quite a while, and I decided to come back on...maybe a week ago? And I was severely disappointed by the lack of kilts. Or even plaid skirts (Which wouldn't be the same).

So...what if now, just to humor me and maybe some other people, the idea of kilts for the Human Avatars was tossed about?

I toyed around with the idea on my avatar. Just somethin simple. Not a whole bunch of different tartans, either. Maybe just the Hunting Stewart (Not the one I did), the Royal Stewart, or either if the Freedom of Scotlands...?
Doesn't have to be the who shebang (Flashes, hose, gillie Brogues, sgian dubh, and whatever else my boyfriend wears for piping competitions). A bagpipe item would be cool too.... 

I think it'd be cool.... Heck, if I had the program and schizz, if it meant it'd be on the site, I'd do it.

(Epically sketched on kilt...and sporran. That would be cool too. Can't have a man skirt without a man purse...)

They probably haven't done plaid skirts yet because they feared Gun would attempt a "naughty schoolgirl" outfit for his HA.

Kilts, on the other hand: oh YES.  Support.  :)

Yes for other traditional country clothes. 
But please, no finnish "traditional culture" clothing plz
it looks really weird and pretty much just the northern people ever wear it

Nonetheless, wearable FLAGS would be cool.
Or flags that you could use instead of the icon.

I would totally wear the outfit that the kid in the center of that pic is wearing.  :D

I really like the idea of flags from other countries being an add-on (like a background effect), a simple t-shirt or even just a simple hand-held HA item.  I imagine that they wouldn't be too difficult if done as a holdable item. 

The only issue I'd see would be the inevitable "HEY...there's 50 other countries on there, BUT NOT MY HOMELAND OF GRENYARNIA.  WHAT THE HECK."  So as usual there would be some kvetching (which I personally ignore), but y'know.  XD
