1. Can Natural Colored Jelly Beans be used on uldavian pets?
2. Can the springs change their colors?
3. Can uldavian eggs fail?
4. Can a galta be dyed uldavian? I've seen what an uldavian ivik looks like, but I don't know where to go to see if you can dye a galta uldavian.

4. Looks like no but theoretically all Uldavian pets can be Uldavian so it will probably get the color eventually. Not 100% sure.

A calico jelly bean can be used on Uldavian pets, and so can dye kits. You can view what colors are available for what pets by hovering over Information, and choosing Creatu Species. Click the name of the creatu you are interested in, and all its available colors and effects can be displayed from there. =)
