Staff can tell the difference between siblings and cheaters. Everything done on the site is logged, and it is very obvious when the activity is legit and when it is not. =)

If you want to be extra sure, you can always send in a support ticket telling staff the name of your sister's account. We usually suggest that for people that are nervous.
