Sabrina, I have told you multiple times that you need to open a support ticket, and include the Paypal Transaction ID number. Once we have that number, we can pass it along to Patrick for verification, and your credits will be switched over.
You never updated your ticket with that information, and I eventually closed it because you did not respond to requests for the information.
Open a new ticket with the Paypal Transaction ID number, and we can get this ball rolling. Without that, there isn't anything I can do.
