Not sure if this is in the correct area but anyway...

How long does it take for the credit shop free credit offers to put the credits into your account? I just completed one of the offers which gives 74 credits, but I haven't received any yet :|

Also, why do we have to clean our browsing history on completing each offer?

Other info that may be relevant~

- I completed the offer on Safari
- It's the Toluna Offer
- I have no idea how to turn off ad blockers and pop ups

Confused :|

The offers should be immediate, as soon as you complete the offer according to its terms.

Free credit offers are controlled by an outside company, not Res. If you don't get the free credits, Pat doesn't get the compensation for them from that company, meaning that we cannot issue credits not received for doing free offers.

The tips on how to successfully complete them are there to help you succeed in completing them - not following those things can often result in you not receiving the credits. You stated that you used Safari - that is probably a problem right there, because it says this in the tips:  "Only use Internet Explorer to complete offers. You can use the newer versions of FireFox, but we recommend that you use IE. Don't even think about doing it with anything else!"

As for turning off ad and pop up blockers, everyone's configuration is different, so you will have to do some searching to figure out how to disable any that you might have.

You can, I have it, it's absolutely terrible but it exists. Yes, that implies more terrible than IE on Windows. If you didn't believe that was possible Windows users, it is.

D: I'm an ex-windows user. The only reason I EVER used IE was to install another web browser XD

Why does IE have to be used for these offers anyway? like what difference does it make?

The reason it is suggested that IE be used is because IE is a crappy browser with absolutely no effective built-in security measurements. Any offers for free anything require sending of information through various channels, setting of cookies by multiple sites, so on and so forth. IE does nothing to prevent any of this anywhere on the web, while other browsers do.
