I would like to get a young death custom effect for my veram. By which ways may I achieve this?

You can't. Custom effects are for one pet only. The owner submitted a design to the artists and paid 1000 CP for them to do it. So unless they sell the pet with that Young Death effect, it's not going to be available to anyone else.
