What does the Frost Light Icicle do?

the frost light icicle adds the frost light effect to full grown creatu :)
but currently the only creatu with this effect is the aukira, narwi, zaphao, vogar, quelis, and the  paor :)

Canada is accurate. You can select an adult Zaphao, Quelis, Aukira, Vogar, Paor, or Narwi, click on the icicle and use it, and you get the "Frost Light" effect on your pet.
