As a rancher you are entitled to get 3 hatches everyday, and failed hatches are counted against that hatch limit. Also, this hatch limit resets every time Rescreatu resets which is at 12:00am
Sometimes when Res lags or when you refresh a page when you click on "hatch" it will still count as a hatch. That's why you should be very careful when it comes to hatching. With regards to this, unfortunately we cannot reissue hatches. Sorry.
