Need help from anyone who knows! I won an auction on a Sepia Tesuri but I never got her. Ive looked everywhere for her. I tried messaging the owner and the page was missing. Please help!!!
It can take a few hours for the auction to process. If you still don't have it in 24 hours send in a support ticket with as much information about the pet as you can remember (name, color, species, etc). Name is most important. Support tickets can be reached through the rmail page :)
If the answer is yes, then see wolfspirit's answer above. If the answer is no, then you didn't win the pet; someone either bought it by paying the "Buy it Now" price, or the owner cancelled the auction.
