I'm just seeing the time difference between Rescreatu clock and mine

Okay, by one hour

You can see the Rescreatu clock on the left above your pet/avatar on any area of the site except the forums :) Just refresh the page and you'll see the time it was when you refreshed (which is close enough to the time it'll be when you see it to tell you the time difference)
