Yes, in the past I have done a few credit offers and have successfully earned credits. However, I've been trying for the past couple of days and it hasn't been working. I'd do the offer and find that I never got the actual credits later on in the day. I know I have the popup blocker and the ad blocker turned off, but I'm a little unsure about the cookies. So, my question is how are the cookies supposed to be setup (in either firefox or internet explorer)?

There are directions for doing credit offers in the area where you do the offers, and that's all the info available. Those are run by an outside company, not Res. You might be able to try googling how to do what you are wanting, though.
