It was an item from the April Fool's Day 2012 event. You could find them in a Random event with the Kuoka, and Omnu Eggs. They were meant to be "rip-off" eggs of the Liyure, Kioka, and Omni, the three Retired Credit Shop pets.
You can open the Egg for the chance to get a Squishy - in this case a Loyure, Scrambled Rotten Eggs, a Trixter Shield, or a book titled You are NOT Funny.
